Hyo Shimizu Graduate 2019

Hyo Shimizu trained at NSW International Ballet Academy on full scholarship from the age of 5.  The individual attention from our world class teachers enabled him to achieve the highest levels of ballet and contemporary dance.  He was a Prix de Lausanne finalist and won the prestigious Sydney Eisteddfod Ballet Scholarship in 2019, amongst a myriad of other awards during his time with The Academy.  

The personal attention given to Hyo and our connections with finishing schools in Europe enabled him to gain a place at the Mannheim University for Performing Arts in Germany, and from there, he has now progressed to his professional career.
