Scholars Program – Years 6 to 8

Our Scholars Program is designed for students in rural and regional NSW who wish to extend their training and complement their classes in their home studio. It is undertaken with a view to auditioning for our full time training in due course.

It is a 1 to 3 year program is designed for students who demonstrate the potential skills and attributes for a potential career in classical or contemporary dance.  By creating this exclusive course, we seek to expose young dancers to the rigours of full-time training whilst being sensitive to the students age, growing bodies as well as the importance of maintaining their regular academic studies and classes in their home studio.

Students are expected to spend between 3 days and two weeks per school term joining our full time program. Dates can be arranged to suit individual schedules and students must participate regularly in order to be considered for continuing the program in a second or third year, depending on the age of the dancer.
